Tier1 Security was first established in 2011. We wanted to start a security company that truly believed in putting citizens first by being proactive in creating a safe and orderly environment. Since Tier1 first began, we can honestly say our clients and their safety remain our top priority. It is more than just providing security to us, it is about establishing relationships with people who count on us to handle their security needs.
Owner
T. Deon Harris
Mr. T. Deon Harris is a ten-year veteran who served in the United States Army. Prior to his active duty military experience, he worked as a Correctional Officer for one of Indianapolis' Marion County Jail Institutions. Mr. Harris then went on to work as a bailiff for an Indianapolis Criminal Court. After Sergeant Harris' honorable discharge, he joined the Indianapolis Police Department, where he is still currently employed. Officer Harris has a passion for today's youth and has worked for a special unit within the department that allowed him to mentor at-risk youth. Officer Harris comes with a total of over seventeen years of combined miltary and law enforcement experience. He also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
Mr. T. Deon Haris is registred with the State of Indiana Disabled Veterans and Minority Business Owners. He is ILEA (Indiana Law Enforcement Academy) certified.
Tier1 Security is a licensed and bonded security company.
