Tier1 Security takes the training of our officers very seriously.  We want our officers to be well equipped in every area to better serve our clients and our community.   We take pride in knowing our officers are trained in the following areas:

  • ILEA Certification (Law Enforcement)

  • School Resource Officer (SRO)

 

Prior to training, all potential officers must undergo an extensive application process that includes a thorough interviewing process, reference checks, a criminal history background check, and drug testing.  All potential officers must have a high school diploma, work experience, and pass a basic skills test that covers English, math, and speaking skills.
